Our road trip to Ikei island and points along the way

This particular beach is on the way to Ikei island as you cross the bridge leaving the main island of Okinawa. Here I am enjoying the low tide and warm waters. Posted by Picasa

Our trip to The Southeast Botanical Gardens and Enchanted Forest

Bourgainvillea abound during our visit to the Southeast Botanical Gardens and Enchanted Forest where we became well acquainted with the flora, fauna and animals of the forest. This was the first time we were able to visit together. I had visited only the gardens earlier this summer.Posted by Picasa
