These Taiko drummers were amazing! So spirited and they couldn't be more than teenagers. Check out the stance of the girl closest to the camera. I was so touched how the young embrace something so unique to their culture. You can also see the brightly colored rowers in the background kicking things off with an exhibition race as part of the opening ceremonies.
