Courtesy of the USMC, James and I have been stationed in Okinawa, Japan since December 2005. We hope this site will best convey what has been the adventure of a lifetime, through Asia and beyond! Gingerbread cookie making

Our first official ginger man, complete with bow tie and ruffles. I think James has found his true calling in baking and icing! ;)

Believe it or not, these are Christmas gingerbread cookies, and they taste pretty good too.
